Mercedes Benz recently launched their new Asia Pacific headquarters in Mulgrave through a series of week long activations for staff and we were thrilled to be invited to add to the celebrations!
Working with a brand so well known for cutting edge innovation and future thinking, we tailored our menus with a strong focus on clean fresh flavours, while keeping things easy for staff to eat while mingling with coworkers.
We’re fairly confident we set a new Guinness World Record for the most rolls served in under 30 minutes during one lunch session (over 1,000!).
When you add in our Okonomiyaki beef potato salad, and yellow chicken curry with holy basil, the kitchen was running like, well… a highly tuned luxury car!
The week culminated in a celebratory evening with a bumping DJ, roaming canapés, and a succinct bar selection including a signature crushed lemon & mint refresher. We’re finding more and more that our corporate clients are switching on to the trend toward offering a range of elevated low or no alcohol beverages - We love it!
